If you think you have registered but have not gotten a confirmation email from the Registrar, please print out the form below, fill it in and fax it to us at 301-770-6365. You may also do so if you have not yet registered and would like to do so. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar or phone 301-770-5070 x 200.

This form is designed for Agency Contacts to indicate interest in bringing a group of students on a PANIM seminar. The person whose name is on this form will be the one who receives our emails and mailings regarding registration and the program.

Panim el Panim (PeP) seminars are designed for groups of students coming from a specific organization. If you are an individual, please contact a local synagogue, JCC or other Jewish organizaion, or contact PANIM to be connected with a local group.

PeP ODS seminars are designed specifically for Orthodox day school groups. PeP PDS seminars are designed for Pluralistic day school groups.

Seminar Interest Form
Please fill in all fields and click submit. It is important to select a first and second choice of dates as many of our seminars fill up very early. This form indicates your group's interest in attending a PANIM seminar. It is not a guaranteed reservation. Space is only confirmed and reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable, $100 per student deposit from the agency (checks are not accepted from individuals) and the group registration form. Please note that seminar space is limited and is available on first come, first serve basis.
