Over the past 21 years, thousands of lives have been touched by PANIM programs, with each individual benefitting from Rabbi Sid Schwarz’s leadership and innovation. As founder and president, Rabbi Sid has made an distinctive mark on each of PANIM’s unique educational offerings, from teen seminars (Panim el Panim, Jewish Civics Initiative and the Jewish Teen Leadership Summit) to summer programs (PanimWorks: DC JAM, PanimWorks: Southwest and the
E Pluribus Unum Project) to adult programs (the fellowship, the Interdenominational Rabbinical Student Retreats and the National Educators Institute).
Now, as Rabbi Sid steps down as PANIM’s president, we invite PANIM alumni, friends, donors and stakeholders to submit a message letting Rabbi Sid know how much your PANIM experience meant to you. We will share these messages with Rabbi Sid when he is honored at our annual benefit dinner on June 14, 2009, at Congregation B’nai Israel in Rockville, MD.
